What we collect
When you submit the demo form, the agent application or the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, WhatsApp number, email address where given, your child's level and school stream where given, and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page the form was submitted from.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and to follow up on it. Nothing else. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to unrelated third parties.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting customer relationship. Ask us to delete your details and we will.
Who can see it
EduGrowth, and the service providers needed to operate this website and our messaging, such as hosting and WhatsApp. Where your enquiry results in programme access, the details needed to create that access are passed to the programme provider.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use analytics to understand which pages are read. Analytics data is about pages and visits, not about you personally. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will act on it.
