Questions About Price
Is RM388 a one-off or a recurring charge?
It covers one student for one year from activation. There is no automatic recurring charge. You decide again at renewal.
Are there extra charges per subject?
No. The price covers the subjects included at your child's level. We will confirm the exact list with you during the demo.
Can two children share one account?
No. One account is for one student, and the progress report only makes sense if it is tracking one child.
What if my child does not use it?
That is a fair worry and worth asking before you pay rather than after. The progress report will show you within the first fortnight whether it is being used.
Is there a refund?
Refund and renewal terms are confirmed in writing before activation. Ask us during the demo and we will give you the current terms rather than a vague answer.
