Does this replace tuition?
No. It is for revision and practice at home, and it works alongside school and tuition rather than instead of them.
Will my child's results improve?
Nobody can promise that, and you should be careful of anyone who does. What the programme gives is structure, practice and visibility. The result depends on how consistently your child uses it.
Which levels are covered?
Preschool through Form 5, across SK, SJKC and SJKT streams.
Which subjects are included?
Bahasa Melayu, English, Chinese, Mathematics, Science and Moral Education, with availability varying by level and stream. We confirm the exact list for your child during the demo.
Does it follow the Malaysian syllabus?
Content follows the national curriculum standards for each stage: KSPK at preschool, KSSR Semakan at primary and KSSM at secondary.
What device do we need?
A phone, tablet or laptop and a normal internet connection. Nothing to install at home.
How long does access last?
One year from activation, for one student.
Can two children share one account?
No. One account is for one student. The progress report only works if it is following one child.
How do we get the login details?
They are issued after activation and sent to you directly.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Request a free demo and we will walk you through the part that matches your child's year and school stream. No payment at that stage.
What if my child does not use it?
A fair question to ask before paying. The progress report will show you within the first two weeks whether it is being opened, which is more useful than finding out in month six.
Is there a refund?
Refund and renewal terms are confirmed in writing before activation. Ask during the demo and we will give you the current terms.
